I am Jim Liu, and I built Animal Hospital Anomalies as a focused helper for the Roblox game Animal Hospital (Anomaly). The most important thing to know about this site is what it is not: we do not play the game. The anomaly list is a reconstruction, read from the public community write-ups and compared against each other. It is not an in-game audit, and it is not complete.
So here is the actual process. An entry only goes in the list when at least two write-ups describe it the same way. Anything only one write-up mentions is listed separately as disputed, rather than published as fact. Every entry names the write-ups it came from, so you can go and check us. Where the write-ups contradict each other — and they do — the site says so instead of picking a winner. The tier ranks and the class buy order are opinion, and they are labelled as opinion right next to the output.
The rule the whole site runs on: no invented anomalies, no fake codes, no guesswork presented as fact. When we get something wrong, the correction goes on the page rather than being quietly edited out — the anomaly list carries two of those corrections right now.
