Use of the guide

The checker and database are provided to help you make faster in-game decisions. We work from the anomaly data listed on this site and update it when we can verify changes. The game can change at any time, so treat the guide as help, not an official rulebook.

No fake codes

The codes page only lists real codes after a real code system exists. If there are no codes, we say so clearly. Do not use this site to spread fake rewards, phishing links, or unrelated Roblox promotions.

Roblox, Animal Hospital (Anomaly), and related marks belong to their owners. Our original writing, page structure, and checker implementation belong to this site unless stated otherwise.
